My technician, Miles, was impressively skilled, knowledgeable, and prepared for the job at hand. He had all the parts he needed and knew exactly what to do with him. He informed me that the original springs on my garage door we're not only incorrect for that door but in one case two sizes too small. He replaced both main springs and all the rollers because every one of them was cracked. He also readjusted the safety switch as the sunlight was flooding the sensor with too much sunshine, thus not allowing the operation of the door. He did not waste a single motion or moment and when he was finished, the door was easily five times more quiet than before he showed up. Outstanding experience!
