Precision’s repairman, Sheridan, was great! He arrived during the specified time and worked diligently throughout the morning. Sheridan analyzed the problem and said that the garage door itself is still good but everything else was shot. So he fixed everything and now my garage door opening and closing is so much quieter and works beautifully.

Called as the door wouldn’t open. Paul arrived on time and explained that the spring had broken and the mechanism needed replacing. He put together a quote and explained the details for the work which would take about four hours. He went over and beyond to make sure the work was completed to his standards. After he finished he took me through what he had done and showed me how to operate the new opener. It’s a big improvement and I couldn’t be happier with his work. Don’t give many reviews but i’ll give Precision and Paul Five Stars ?? ????

Brandon was very professional. He checked out the problem and found not only the spring was broken, but the sprocket on the opener had sheared off from it's shaft. He worked non stop for 2-1/2 hrs to replace the spring and install a brand new garge door opener.

When I made the appt. I was told the service charge would be $60.00, actual charge was $69.95. Gavin told me he did not know how to repair my Home Depot door & extensive replacement was the only option (when i made the appt. I was not asked what kind/brand the door was). Door is 8' x 7' while invoice says 16' x 7' (is pricing correct??). Door has no opener while invoice says " Lift Master." Door is 5 years old and seldom opened (no car has ever been in this garage). I am not a happy camper (kinda makes u wonder how u could have a 5 star average rating)?????

It costed me $49.99 just to have them come out and confirm what I thought the problem was, then decided to tell me they don't have parts and do Not service my brand "Guardian" . The part is only $50-$75. They Do Not screen the calls at the call center and ask what brand of motor you have so they can sell you a new one from them... Very disappointing, if my part is only about $75 why would I spend $900 on a whole new motor??? I don't feel like I should have had to pay the $49.99 to come out then since they don't even service my brand! I should have been asked what brand I have before making my appointment, it was a waste of my time and my money all for Nothing!! Although the technician was very pleasant and professional, overall, I am extremely disappointed!

Absolute diamond service. When I called I got a real live person, not some stupid menu. The operator said: between 8:00 A. M. and noon. The man was here at 10:15! The same technician who worked on my door before. He was terrific(James Walker). Yes, I did pay a high price, but when you get premier service what do you expect! Worth every penny. Do not call anyone else! Outstanding!
