Brandon is very knowledgeable technician. I am very satisfied with his repairs and advice he gave me on how to maintain my springs. He actually saved me money $200. All I needed was 2 springs instead of 4. Brandon is a very nice and respectable technician. Most of all he came earlier than expected.

Ridiculously high priced - 1/2 hour's work to replace 2 springs and a small hinge $711.45!!! Called another company after the fact and their estimate was in the $400 range - live and learn.

Joseph- first day with your company. Was alone- I thought there would be 2 technicians. He had to go to Ace to get a drill socket. He couldn't adjust the garage door opener- not his fault but the salesman said he could. There was paint rubbing on a panel- luckily he had some paint. The salesman said the product was examined before going out- it wasn't. Joseph did great but was obviously stressed.
