Your tech was super in experience, friendliness, and concern for me. I am a 76 yr old widow and he stayed very late to complete the job so I would be able to open & close my door. You are very lucky to have this type of employee. He was stellar!

The repair was done quickly and to my satisfaction... just a bit overpriced as I was charged $300 and that was at a discount.. while the repair was in progress, I was given a price of $150 for the same repair by another business. 10 minutes too late????
