I called at 7:15 am, and a Tech was there by 8:10! Bryce did a great job explaining what needed to be done and why. He cleaned up his stuff, and was done in a little over an hour. I called a few opener repair companies and chose Precision because of reasonable service fee and came to the house the very next day instead of a week from other businesses. Jose was considerate and explained, clearly, whatever my concerns were. I will call them in the future for garage door/opener service and do recommend Precision.

My wife, wanted the garage door working so I called Precision. They came late the day that I called, Saturday, BUT they came and fixed the issues. I recommend them for the service and the repairman was very professional and did an excellent job. I told him problem and to do a complete review which he did and then pointed other issues I had. He fixed them! My wife is happy and you know the saying Happy Wife, Happy Life!

On December 9, my garage door failed. Called Fresno Overhead Door, the original installer, which was no help, whatsoever. They've lost my referrals. I consulted the Internet and found your service. Your technician, Bryce Dias, was here promptly. He explained the problem, was very knowledgeable, courteous and installed new Lift Master equipment. He is an exceptional employee and I am impressed with Precision Door Service.

Bryce Dias, the repairman was prompt, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, had the materials needed, and worked quickly. Replaced the opener, rollers, and lift springs and with those repairs the door worked much more smoothly and quiet. Excellent work, but the price was higher than I would have expected for those replacement parts and the labor time spent.

I received an estimate of $99 to $150 to replace a broken spring over the phone. As a result I agreed to have a service tech come out. As soon as he arrived he started gathering information by asking me questions. All were valid. How long have I lived at the home and how often is the door used. As soon as he walked in to the garage he said that is a big door it should have two springs. I let me work up his estimate. He gave me two. The first was $359 and the second was $550. You can expect I was not to happy. He went on to tell me I needed new bearings and once the spring was replaced the door need to be adjusted and lubed. I told him I did not appreciate his upsell and felt like he was trying to rip me off. We had some more conversation and the end result was I told if he could fix the broken spring for the estimate I received over the phone he could or he could leave. He fixed the spring then had the courage to ask if I wanted him to adjust the door and lube it for $49. I told him that was ridiculous and should be part of the job. After he left I adjusted the door and lubed which took me 5 minute. I will never do business with Precision again. FYI, I am a landlord with several other houses and am familiar with garage doors, openers and springs, having replace and worked on them all. I just don't like to work on springs. I only called them because my regular service company was tied up. NEVER AGAIN!

Precision came out the same day I called them. Bryce Dias Was my technician. He did a wonderful job and fix my garage door that same day. He was very polite and helpful. The house was built in the 50s with the original garage door, and I couldn't find the springs for it anymore. I haven't been able to open my garage door in over a year and decided to call them on a whim! I would recommend them to anybody. I am so happy I can open my garage door again! Thank you!

We moved into a new house and had new openers installed. The installer did not have any springs on his truck so he wasn’t able to change them. I called Precision Doors based upon their seeming good reputation. They were able to come out in three days. I was at work and my wife was the only person at home. After the technician inspected the doors, he told my wife that basically everything was bad. She called me and the technician said the rollers were shaped like stop signs, the springs were bad, the end bearings were wearing the torsion tubes....everything. I asked him several times if everything needed to be replaced and he told me yes as all of those parts were worn. The repair was over $1,000, but he said it needed to be done. I demanded that the old parts be left behind. Upon my return home, I discovered a pile of parts that looked brand new! The rollers were round, spun with ease, and had no play. The same went for all of the other parts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! I feel he took advantage of my wife and my absence. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB!

This was a random find since I'm a new homeowner in this area with no reliable source for referrals and no prior experience with garage door service businesses in this community. I wasn't even expecting them to be open given the ongoing health crisis, but they were. The lady that answered my call was quick and responsive. I didn't have much time to talk since I was on my way to work. She moved quickly through the essentials and was very efficient and polite. She offered same day service which was too soon for me because of my work schedule. The next morning at 8 am the technician, Bryce, arrived exactly on time. He also called me 30 minutes prior as a courtesy. My garage door had been getting stuck and re-opening frequently rather than closing completely. If I didn't notice it the door would remain open all day. It was also out of balance such the one side hit the ground while the other side was still about 3/4 inch up. This allowed water and leaves to blow into my garage which was minor, but increasingly annoying. Bryce quickly diagnosed the problem and demonstrated it for me so that I could understand it. He provided three options for repair, each a different level of service ranging from "it's fixed and it works" to "it's fixed, and foreseeable near future problems are fixed" and, finally, "it's fixed, and it's good to go for 10+ years." I chose the mid-level option. There was no hard sell, just a good, easy-to-understand explanation of the costs and benefits of each. He came prepared with all the required parts on his truck and the job was complete in less than an hour. He was also quiet and very respectful of my family and neighbors which was important to me. All in all I'd rate the service provided as "perfect." And I'm often hard to please. I hope to not need their service for many years to come, but if I do I will definitely call them. They have earned a loyal customer.

Bryce came to fix my door and it worked for only one day which was yesterday the day he fixed it today it does not work I got charge $1359.oo this is highway robbery don’t call them they will not answer their phone every number I call they do not answer they are not real people they’re just thieves.
