Our garage door is just about as new as it can be considering it is a 20 year old wood garage door. Joe straightened it out and replaced worn bearings. Door lifts easily now which is important for my wife and I. Old wood doors can be heavy if not balanced correctly. Joe balanced the door so now is raises by hand easily. Thank you.

I called on a Friday afternoon about my garage and not being able to open it I guess the spring was worn.out and just broke. We scheduled an appointment with Penuel Corbet the next day. He was very communicative about what time he would arrive which I appreciated very much. He ended up fixing everything and was so quick about it as well as informative. I am glad they were the first ones to pop on Google when I researched who fixes garage doors. I saved Mr. Corbet's number in my phone and he will be the one that I call in the future when something happens. This guy deserves a raise!!

Brandon Brown was at our home in Camas this morningtto repair a broken spring and worn torsion bar. It was simply a delight to have him as the technician. He was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He did a thorough inspection of both overhead doors, explained where things were in good condition and less-than-good condition. Brandon presented several options and we settled on one. He then got to work and completed the job quite quickly. He then cleaned the work area and was one his way. I was very impressed. He was extremely well mannered and showed the highest degree of professionalism.

Marcus was great! He really knows what he’s doing, he reprogrammed a few remotes (after one of ours was stolen from one of the vehicles two days ago). He also installed a keyless entry too so we don’t have to keep a remote in either vehicle. He’s a real nice guy, my husband and I are happy with him and Precision. Joe was the tech who originally installed the door openers and did a great job, he came back the other day to check on why one of the door would not open and discovered that the seeing-eye had been bumped or moved somehow and he realigned it in ten seconds and everything works fine now !!! ????????

Saturday morning, July 1, the belt broke on the garage door. Internet search found Precision, a local company that did repairs on Saturdays. Called & got an appointment for that afternoon. The technician was friendly & personable, even though it was very hot in the garage. Existing opener was too small for door & had issues closing before it broke. Technician gave us information & options. We choose a new chain drive & he installed it right away even though it was now past 5 pm. So pleased with Precision & especially the technician. (So sorry I can't remember his name!)

For a few days I have been having issues with my garage door opener not working properly. Today I gave Precision Garage Door Service a call for help. Within an hour they were able to send out a technician to help me. The technician, Joe Igla was very courteous and knowledgeable. After checking out the issue ( opener was not letting the door go down) Joe gave me three options to consider. I elected to have the door opener replaced. He had one on his truck and was able to replace my 26 yr old unit. It only took a little over an hour and a half start to finish. I highly recommend this company and Joe for your garage door services in the Vancouver area.

We experienced a two stall garage door tension spring failure at 4:15 P.M. Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service responded to our call for help for the door spring repair. They were able to schedule the work to be started by 9:00 A.M. the following morning. Scott was the assigned technician to our repair job and gave us a call on Sunday morning and indicated he could get to our home earlier than the 9:00 scheduled time if that worked for us. We had a trip to the Oregon coast scheduled for that day, so Scotts call about the earlier time was great news for us. Scott was very professional and courteous. He outlined several options for us to consider for the service and he finished his repair work in the time he had stated. We couldn't be happier with assistance of Precision Door and Service technician Scott. Job well done.

Precision Doors have always treated us right. Whenever we've called, they were there the next day. Brandon came to help us after our garage door wouldn't close. We called on a Sunday evening and actually talked to the nicest person! She had us an appointment the next day. Brandon was on time and was upfront and honest about what needed to be fixed and how much it might cost. The nice thing is the parts that were broken were under warranty. We would recommend them at any time!
