The customer service was fantastic. Unable to open the garage door Saturday morning, called the service center to schedule appointment that afternoon (which surprised me for the promptness), was called by Josh who remotely diagnosed the problem and told me he might be late. I told him to reschedule for Sunday between 1 p.m. And 2 p.m. C.J. arrived promptly before 1 p.m. He provided service options and explained them in detail. Completed the work within his estimated time, demonstrated the finished work, and answered all my questions. Both C.J. and Josh should be recognized for their customer service skills which were beyond the call.
