I doubt I will use your service again in the future. I was told your technician would arrive between 11 and 1pm and he didn't arrive until close to 2 pm. Successful businesses don't do that often and expect return customers.

5 Stars for this company! We have used Precision Door before and they did a great job of repair. This time we wanted a new belt drive opener, keypad and remote controllers plus new wiring. My husband felt the bid was very fair, so I asked the technician when he could start. He did it all right then and there. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Everything looks good and he was great at explaining all that he did plus how to use the new keypad, controllers, and door opener in the garage. He also inspected everything and did lubrication on all parts as well for free. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was the best experience I ever had with a service provider. I was grumpy, the fence gate had just broken, and I had the day from hades. The service provider had a new quote, and could install the door opener that afternoon. Done. Wish all my interactions were that perfect.
