I basically chose Precision Door from the yellow pages because of the free service consultation advertised. The appointment was made for the following day. Nelson called and was waiting on me when I arrived home. He diagnosed the problem, gave me three options to choose from and fixed the problem by installing a new strut. He was both courteous and helpful, answering all my questions. I will definitely use Precision Door again and will recommend them.
