Extremely satisfied with Precision Doors. From the beginning, this company exceeded our expectations. Ricardo, the sales representative, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in assisting us with choosing a door and opener for our home. Spoke to William several times. Very courteous in keeping us informed about the status of our door. Our door was installed by Tyler and Colby, 2 technicians from Pensacola who were helping out in our area due to Hurricane Ida. Extremely friendly and did an excellent job with installation. Everyone we interacted with made us happy that we chose Precision Doors.

This is a repeat purchase. I was so satisfied with the equipment and service on my first purchase there was no question that Precision Door was installing this 2nd unit. My appointment time was in the afternoon originally but I was contacted and told if I would like to have a early time ( morning) it was available. Tony and his helper came out assessed the situation and got right on it removing an old chain drive unit and installed a new belt driven unit. Very efficient, friendly, clean work. Both gentlemen knew what needed to be done. Excellent service Precision Door is the place to call for any and all Garage Door needs
