My old door, 20+ yrs, was off the rack and unable to close. I called and they responded quickly. They got the door closed and gave me an excellent price for a new one. The 2 techs were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend.

I needed two new opener units installed, and sensor repair to 3 other doors post hurricane IDA damage. Once I was able to get on their schedule (busy), the technician showed up on the scheduled dates, dismantled old system, installed new openers, and cleaned up after completion of the job. Very satisfied with the work to date.

I didn't know how loud my garage door was until their tech came to provide service, it's so quiet now!!! I highly recommend this door company for tune-up or repair. The technician left oil stains all over my driveway and my carpeted garage floor. Although the garage door is without squeaks it does not operate as smoothly as it previously did after another Precision technician tuned it. All in all it works, but not as good as it did before the repairs.

Two men came out. Nice young men. One before he looked at the door said I needed a new one. They looked at different things. Gave us a quote. A couple of days a repairman from another company came fixed it total cost was 89.00. I would like a refund. Thanks

Our prior technicians we relied on for years quit checking on us for yearly checkups and decided it was time for a change when our spring broke. The unit I had was original to the house, ca. 1986 and in need of an update. In searching the internet I ran across Precision on line, that served our area. I made the call and they were out that day. I received 5 options from simple repair to total door replacement to make our decision. We decided to replace all mechanical components and with safety features we did not have. 2 days and 2 hours later we have a new great unit. I will definitely refer Precision to others in the future.
