We are happy to see that the service you received from Brad was good but we are sorry you feel the price you were quoted and agreed to was too expensive. A quote was given which included 2 springs, 2 end bearing plates, a center bearing, a bottom bracket and a 5 year warranty on parts with 1 year on labor. Brad is a more experienced technician so doing this repair wouldn't take him as long as someone who has less experience. We try to get the job done as quickly as possible for our customers so they aren't inconvenienced waiting for the repair to be completed. We do appreciate your business and we wish we could have made the whole experience a five star experience for you, as that is our main goal with each customer. After looking at Home Depot and their prices I decided to call Precision. Erick came out and quoted a price installed that compared to HD price just for the door. Donnie and Anthony came early on the appt date and they are true craftsmen. Teamwork and precision, the door was assembled and installed. It looks great and just what I had envisioned.

George was very professional during the entire visit. He called before he arrived, and when he arrived, he explained extra items that would help maintain my garage door for many years. He replaced the bottom rail and seal, all the rollers, lift springs, and center bearing. His truck was clean with all work materials arranged neatly. He spoke highly of Precision and you could tell he enjoyed working for them.

I choose Precision after reading the reviews. Brian was my technician, and our first communication was him thanking me before he arrived. That was awesome! My garage door springs, blades etc had survived 17 years,and I was not upset when I was certain that I had to replace them. Brian informed me what I needed done, and thank God he was able to fix the situation on the spot. I also thank God that I had the money saved up. My garage has never sounded so quiet and open and closed so smoothly. Brian was very professional and knew what he was doing. He also help replace a bulb for me. They came out when promised did the work showed me how to lubricate the doors every 6 months, cleaned up after themselves. If you need garage doors I highly recommend them.

The wife and I were able to talk with the precision reps while they were at the Savannah home show. We were both impressed by their knowledgeable and price paid for quality equipment. We replaced two garage doors and motors. Donny was the person that came out and installed the doors. He was extremely professional and took the necessary protective procedures for the covid19 situation. The install was professionally done and the area was cleaned before he left. Donny explained everything with how the doors operate and the capabilities of the new doors and their functions. This is a very professional company and we would highly recommend them for your garage door issues. Their there for you 24/7 Remember your get what you pay for. Keep up the great work precision! P.S. give Donny a pay raise he busted his rear end installing a double and single garage door with new motors. He’s a employee that you need to keep. He represents your company good.
