Fabian arrived prior to the time promised, was very personable, explained what needed to be done, and replaced the motor. He cleaned up after the repair, and adjusted the springs to stop the screeching sound they made when the door was in operation. I would recommend Precision Service, and will call them again should I ever need garage door service.
