Very well pleased with the price, and the service!!! My Installer Was Eric Padilla. He was the best. Not only fast, but also friendly, and diligent. I have made many service calls in my life. The companies give you a window of when they will be arriving for service. Precision gave me a small window (2 Hours), they came on a Sunday Morning, but most importantly, my service man, Eric Padilla actually called me twice within the window to update me on his arrival time. That never happens, and it was greatly appreciated. He installed a new Belt drive garage door opener, and wall panel in less than an hour. He even re wired the garage! He was more than friendly. I usually do not talk to techs when they are working, but he was so fun to talk to and he was very informative on my new product. FIVE Stars easy! Thank you Eric, and thank you Precision Overhead Garage DoorService.

I think the $40 (on top of the service call) that I was charged to align the sensors were outrageous but I had no choice. The service person tried to sell me on replacing all of the wheels on the tracks for more than $300 but I declined. He said that potentially, I run the risk of the garage door falling accidentally. The garage door and motor was from Precision Door and installed in 2015. Does this mean that your product easily becomes faulty and worn out after two years? I'm a bit disappointed since I'm a repeat customer having purchased two garage doors already from your company since 2006.
