Our Technician Luis Navarro went way beyond Customer Service with explaining what needed to be done also came out asap didn’t have to wait for days fixed our garage perfectly with and no mess cleaned up after everything was done would highly recommend Precision very good and professional compay

I noticed you offered a AAA or senior discount when I looked online . I was disappointed in the man that made my appointment. He was unfriendly and a little rude . The the house that came out was Zodiac ,he was great ! Very friendly and had great customer service skills. We purchased and he installed a new opener , we spent $1000. Good thing I didn’t hang up and call King Door when the guy wasn’t very nice at time of appoint!

The Tech was very courteous, knowledgeable, and swift, while servicing my Garage Door. He explained everything very well and even gave me advise on what to look for and why the cold weather is causing the garage door from not opening in the morning. He communicated well about what he was doing and how long it would take. He even was able to come earlier then the scheduled appointment which was very beneficial. Thank you so very much.

Called for a technician and was able to get a same day appointment. Our technician was Luis. He diagnosed and had all the parts needed to make repairs while he was here. Luis completed the job in a timely manner. Garage door operate great now!

When I called for the appointment, I asked the person on the phone how much it would be or even an estimate. She expressed until the technician found the issue, she could not give me a price. We had a couple of hiccups on time but once the gentleman came he did an amazing job. He was fast and efficient! I am pleased on how fast he was able to complete everything but extremely disappointed with the price. He gets ?????????? And the price gets ??.
