Tech was friendly - was dismayed that tech did not have springs on truck as tv advertising infers and tech had to return after securing proper parts - also recieved e-mail with copy of safety inspection that infers that it was reviewed with me - it was not - feel like someone is playing fast & loose here

It was not a garage door opener install but I had to pick something in order to submit a rating. The young gentleman was kind and professional. Only took a few minutes. You see I live in an apartment and my garage is down the alley from my apartment. So I can not enter my garage without a remote. The are three walls and no windows or doors into my garage. I thought I had lost my only remote, but did find it later. I decided then that I needed a spare remote in case I ever lost it again and couldn’t find it. He suggested that I put a magnet on my new spare and attach it to my refrigerator. I think that is a wonderful idea.

Called to make an appointment for the next day. I received a call from the tech, Zodiac the same day who was in the neighborhood. He was was very professional and knowledgeable! Zodiac is a great rep for this company I highly recommend them. Everything was installed correctly and promptly!

The service tech was good. But charged me $250 to tighten my springs on the door. I thought it was a hard job when I agreed to it. It took him about 5 min. I would have been ok with maybe $60 to $100 but $250 was way to much. I could gave done the job myself with YouTube. Such a rip off.

Zodiac was fantastic!! As a new homeowner, I absolutely panicked when I found myself stuck in my garage and unable to open the door and get out. It finally opened and when it closed it would not open again! I called a few other companies and they couldn’t come out same day. To me, this offering is huge. Zodiac even called me to try and troubleshoot the issue when he was on his way to see if I could fix the issue myself. Unfortunately with a snapped spring, we needed professional help and that’s what Zodiac delivered. He was prompt, professional and quick with the repairs. A+ service and will definitely recommend to everyone!

First off let me start by saying I am not a review type of guy. I feel that I should write this review based off the excellent customer service I received from this company. It started with the initial phone call to the service tech coming out. Zodiac was the technician that came out and I was impressed with his commitment to customer service. He called me within the specified time slot to let me know that he was on his way in which I offered to reschedule being that it was almost 8 pm. He arrived with a great spirit from beginning to the end. He went through my opener head to toe. Opener is working great. I recommend that Precision find a better way to utilize his talents before someone else does. Thank you, James Blowers.

I had my door installed by Precision two years ago. It stared to get stuck with not closing properly (not always just occasionally). I called Precision to let them know my concerns, someone was here the very same day. Did a full inspection, made sure everything was running correctly. Then here's the plus for me..... no charge, just call back if it starts acting up again, and we'll get you taken care of!! customer service A-PLUS!!! highly recommend this company!!

Customer service second to none.I had been terrorized by my garage door for about a month..will it go down ?
