One year ago, Precision in Western Wisconsin covering River Falls installed a new garage door opener that I picked out, and new key pads. Everything is already in their truck. They came prepared, fixed my problem. I paid up with my credit card, it was seamless All in one trip. The installers were professional and knowledgeable, no pressure employees, and took time to show me some maintenance too. They tuned everything up so when they left it was ready to go. Even installed my password as I asked. My living room is above my garage, and the opener turned out to be too noisy for me. I knew they were a quality company, so I didn't expect this. I wrote a review mentioning it. I really didn't expect the company to read it, just potential customers reading reviews. I received a call from the owner who read it and wanted to make it right. He came out himself and installed a quieter one at no charge. Very, very impressive! It's a year later. Still quiet. No problems. When my other garage door needs to be replaced, or I need a repair, I will be calling them. The action activated bright garage light on the opener is a big plus too! Thank you!

We had a super experience with Precision Garage Door- Our main garage door got caught and bent not only the door panels but the rails. PGD came out immediately the day we called and got it closed as it was a super cold and snowy day. We ended up having to order a new door due to the extensive damage. The whole process was quick, easy, friendly and extremely professional. Our new doors were installed yesterday and the team was so helpful and efficient. Even educating us that our existing openers could be used remotely, which we had not idea about! So far ,so great!
