Our Technician Mr. Ward was very courteous and professional. He was a delight to work with and very knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had. Mr. Ward explained how the system worked . I wish all technician were as caring about his customers. I hope all of your techs are as great as he is. I did recommend him to my neighbor for garage service and repair. James Ward was my garage door technician. During our first meeting, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different garage door opener options and I chose the one that I felt best fitted my needs. He didn’t have the opener on the truck during that meeting and returned for the install at a later date. He showed up this morning on time and installed the new unit. He then took the time to walk me through the various operations and set up the keypad. I found James to be friendly, courteous and professional and the whole ordeal was a positive experience. The icing on the cake was the fact that when he arrived for the install, the first thing he told me was that he made an error on the estimate and that the install would be $100 cheaper than quoted. “Bonus”! Professional workmanship from knowledgeable employees with a friendly disposition are rare these days and go a long way to ensure customer satisfaction. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing assistance with a garage door service. They provide fast and professional service, not to mention they are a local business!

Called on Saturday. They took my information and were on site within 2 hours. Had to replace everything but the Garage Door itself, Mt system was 15 years old. They put the same brand back in but it is upgraded from the old one. Took about 2 hours and he showed me how everything works. Cost was about what I expected, especially for a weekend call. Representative was professional, polite, and easy to communicate with. Happy with the overall experience.

Absolutely phenomenal service! While doing a DIY garage door insulation project, I managed to accidentally engage the manual lock while the door was open. When I closed the door later that evening, the manual lock dragged along the track and then caused the cable to get bound up and snap loose, jamming my door at an angle and bending the tracks pretty bad. I booked an appointment using their online system for 2:00-4:00 the next day. Dustin showed up at 2:30, gave me three quotes by 2:45, and was done at 3:45. When assessing the job, we discussed the main issue of the door not working, but he also suggested that for the size of my door, it was better to have two springs. He worked up three different quotes with differeing levels of service and explained why he made the recommendations. I never felt like I was being pressured. In the end, I chose the base option and he went to work. He was polite and professional. I absolutely recommend them and will call them without hesitation the next time I need work done on my garage door.
