I was very satisfied with the service. James showed me the 3 different packages options there is. Fix, prevent and upgrade. Explained to me my type of door and expected life of it. Recommending me the lowest fix it package. Because my door itself was cracked on top and would break, before all the new parts in the other packages would. He helped in a little repair on the cracked part. He was honest instead of trying to sell me something that I would find out later, didn't benefit me. He was really a nice guy and finished fixing the broken spring quickly. Even helped in getting my outside door opener box to activate. Highly recommend this company. Fair prices and won't try to sell what's not needed. Came same day I called.

The technician Paul was a real cool guy. I needed a new garage door opener and he explained to me the three different ones he had. Then he gave me a break down on the prices. Once I decided which one I wanted I also wanted the spring to be changed. Even knowing he was on a tight schedule, Paul took the time to do the job. Everything came out great and the Linear belt drive motor is very quiet. The only problem was the key pad wasn't working correctly but that wasn't Paul's fault. So he ordered a new one which will come in a week or two.

I called y’all around 7 o clock at night and the next morning by 10am James Ward was here! He was very fast, professional, and knowledgeable about our garage and why it was damaged! He took his time explaining the problem and helped us weigh out all our options! My husband also had a good time talking football with him! Will 100% call y’all again if we ever have any more issues!
