Nick Sager, our technician, was skilled, professional and personable. There was an issue with our new LiftMaster Garage Door Opener, but Nick returned and replaced the unit to our satisfaction. He also performed a garage door rebuild, and did a very nice job.

I called to get a quote on a new door, Nick was very friendly and professional, he called before he showed up, was very good at describing the options and different was to go. He then did a complete inspection of my existing garage door and found issues that I didn't know about. The price is very reasonable.

Nick Sager was great. He went over all of the things that needed repair in detail. The system was pretty old so it seemed like a good time to upgrade. He patiently described the options available but never pressured me to pick a specific one. He did a very professional job of installing all of the repairs and upgrades I requested. He then went through each feature with me to verify all were working properly. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone. Btw - my fiance and I were also extremely impressed with the web site and repair technician background info. We felt comfortable from beginning to end.

5 Stars for this company! We have used Precision Door before and they did a great job of repair. This time we wanted a new belt drive opener, keypad and remote controllers plus new wiring. My husband felt the bid was very fair, so I asked the technician when he could start. He did it all right then and there. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Everything looks good and he was great at explaining all that he did plus how to use the new keypad, controllers, and door opener in the garage. He also inspected everything and did lubrication on all parts as well for free. I would recommend them to anyone.
