Michael called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and friendly. He said that he had heard that the rubber gasket on the bottom of my door was no longer available but I just ordered it on Amazon for $75. His quote for a new gasket was over $400. He also gave me a quote for a whole new garage door which was over $3,000 which I didn’t ask for. You should have been able to replace my rubber gasket in my opinion.

Great service! Payton Naylor was awesome. Scheduled a service call on a Saturday morning. He was able to come early and very polite. He had new belt system on hand to install so didn’t have to make another appointment. He inspected ours and installed a new belt drive opener in 2 hours. He took the old one with him too. Our garage now opens every time, smooth and very quiet. Would definitely recommend Precision but also Payton!

This is the second time I’ve used Precision to fix my garage door springs and both times they have done excellent work. I just have to compliment Chris. He showed up and after accessing what needed to be fixed, noticed my young son, who has Special Needs, really watching and asking questions. Chris then asked my son if he wanted to help him and let him help with bringing some very small parts into the garage. My son loved this and just talked and asked questions during the whole process.
