Quality is as quality does! No. I am not Forrest Gump. I am a satisfied customer. Precision is a quality product and backed by warranty unmatched. With this in mind I want to say that the quality installation team initially here to place garage doors discovered unknown previous termite damage to building frame. Not willing to compromise the Precision standard on compromised frame they recommended inspection by my pest control service. No active infestation--the damage was undisclosed when I bought house 25 years ago. Frame was rebuilt. Long story short,--Prevision team returned and did a stellar installation. The teams were courteous, professional and competent--the trifecta for a pleased customer! Thanks!

This was an unbelievable American repair experience! I have to look at my wonderful garage door periodically to assure I am not dreaming. I called Precision and set up an appointment. Precision called back later and asked if they could come earlier. We agreed and In a matter of minutes they were at my house. The tech was professional and told me what was needed to repair the problem. I listened and my heart dropped to my feet because I was told or heard earlier the springs on a garage door can kill you. I braced myself and told him to do the work accepting the thought that the bill was going to be big. He said it would take about an hour and a half. He finished the work and i got my check book. He showed me what he had done and then showed me the cost. I ALMOST PASSED OUT. THE COST WAS ONLY THE SERVICE CHARGE. He then reminded and showed me that I had purchased the door from them many, many years earlier. He said the door has a lifetime warranty and he told me never to let anyone work on the door but Precision. I saved hundreds of dollars. They stand behind their product and it appears that the techs are not pressured to perform unnecessary repairs to drive up the cost. American business has a culture to charge as much as you can get away with. It is rare that a repair organization can be trusted. PRECISION SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT!! A few years ago I had my opener replaced. I heard the tech talking on n the phone say Sears has a standard fee. He said they don’t make much on installs. He said they make a killing on repairs!!

Jason arrived early, less than an hour after I called for service. He was very polite and pleasant. One side of my garage door had fallen off the track except for one roller. It was an impossible situation. Miraculously, Jason was able to repair the door and get it working again. It was hard to believe. Mhen we needed a replacement rubber for the bottom of our door, you sent out a great tec. who not only replaced it but went way above with service and advice on the door. Mike was a great rep. for your company. He pointed out problems with the door that could have been disastrous. He took the time to explain and gave a quote on price to replace the door.
