We are impressed with the quality of the garage door opener. The installation was impressive. Victor did an excellent job. He was very thorough and neat about the job. He explained your product. We were most satisfied. He answered all of our questions. The cleanup was wonderful. He left the job site as clean as it was when he arrived. He removed the garbage. He didn't take any breaks. He worked continuously. Victor was pleasant and professional. We have a wooden door. It is very heavy. He assured us that the opener could handle our door. Great service! The springs broke on my garage door & I called Precision for repair. Victor, the repair person, called me when he was on his way & arrived almost to the minute he said he would be here. He was very professional & extremely knowledgeable. Victor took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my door, what it would entail to fix it & then provided me with an estimate with two options. This young man, Victor, did a great job with the repair. He had my door repaired very quickly & took the time to have me check it to insure I was satisfied. Kudos to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, and kudos to Victor! I will be recommending them to my friends & family!
