Steven and James arrived promptly and explained that they would assess the issues and inform me of their findings before proceeding with any work. I appreciated their professional attitude and knowledge. Their explanation was complete and understandable by this 76-year old lady. The repairs were made with my approval and the issues were resolved. I asked for an estimate of possible future replacement of the unit and it was complete and no pressure was made to force me to make a hasty decision which I appreciate. Excellent Service and Communication Jacob arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, offered 3 options of repairs and the door was like new in 90 minutes. Side note - I had the door springs replaced 5 years ago by a different company. The springs that were installed were the wrong size - way too small - which created a large part of the damage. Thankfully Jacob from Precision fixed the door properly.

Purchased the door from Percision 10 years ago and I have had it serviced periodically by Percision since then. On Friday the lift spring broke. I called Percision and while they could not get to me on Friday they arrived on Saturday and the repair was complete within a couple of hours. The service Tech - Lev - had all the parts on the truck and there was no waiting. I'm grateful I made the decision to purchase from Percision 10 years a go and will go to them when a need a new door.
