Mike Boyle was great. He inspected the damage in detail. He consulted with me and explained my options of repair vs replace. I decided to have him perform a repair. He was done in about 3 hours. My opinion of the damage made this close to a miracle. After installation Mike explained all features of the new controllers. He demonstrated the function of the safety beam at the bottom. He demonstrated to me how to and where to perform basic maintenance. Did I mention he did all this when the temperature was in the range of 5 deg F!!!
