We received service within fifteen minutes. Bryon was great, professional and provided estimates for the new parts right away. The work was done quickly and he tested everything afterwards. Bryon listened to all the details and what had happened and did exactly what we needed done. Bryon also suggested the bearings needed to be replaced and once removed, one of them was already locked up. We were very happy with the service Byron performed.

My sister who is in the early stages of memory loss was totally upset with her garage door not functioning; and I selected Precision based upon your commercials and the fact that you could send a Tech out immediately. He was on time and treated my sister (Sharon) with dignity and respect. Readily identified a sensor that had come off which fixed one garage door. Checked out other unit and discovered remote would not work with the 21 yr old unit. Quoted a price for new unit and suggested I park the car I drive the most on the side where remote worked and the lesser driven car on the side without working remote. Wall button still operated unit. No pressure to hurry and buy another opener.
