The technician showed up on time! that's good in today's less caring environment. He fixed the issue in less that 10 minutes. I had the cars out of the garage and a ladder set in place for him. I was impessed so I asked him he offerd a 'tune up" lube etc. He did, I opted for the $245.00 one with Nylon Rollers.

I googled and got the company as " same day service". Paul was out within an hour to deal with the problem and program a new remote. As it turns out, he had installed this lift 3 years ago from the previous owner.

My new garage door looks stunning! I went with a black door with windows and it really elevated my house! Precision did a fantastic job and they always do. They installed my Liftmaster 21/2 years ago. Joe was professional, on time and a total perfectionist. He even told me I had to use a special lubricant on the door twice a year. I have never been told that before so it was a pleasant surprise! Great job Precision! Always a fabulous job!

Super!! Coil spring broke and technician was there the same afternoon I called--even arrived about an hour early. John did a great analysis of the problem and provided me with several options--I chose to go with a long term solution (besides replacing the spring, replaced bearing, hinges and the garage door opener (which had not been properly sized for my very heavy double wide wooden door.) John was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and able to get all the work done in less than 2 hours. The new garage door opener is GREAT! A lot quiet than the old one, and I like knowing there is a battery backup in case the power goes out.

Yesterday I could not open my garage door. I discovered it about 11:00. I was worried since I rent out the bottom of my house and did not want to cause problems for my tenant. I had a 4:00 - 6:00 appointment. Much earlier - later that morning or early afternoon I received a call and was asked if it could be repaired earlier! Zoran came and fixed the door in less than a half hour! He explained what went wrong, replaced a broken part and made sure that it worked. He also lubricated the door. I could not believe how speedy the whole process was. Zoran was not only polite, but also friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!
