Review: Everything went smooth. The tech Mark was extremely knowledgeable, and unexpectedly efficient. After checking the entire door and mechanics for any deeper issues he was still finished within an hour of his arrival. He was very professional and courteous. Definitely an example employee. He should get a raise or at minimum a generous bonus.
