Service person very polite. Looked at the problem, advised me that he would need to call for assistance from another coworker based on what he saw. I showed him my receipt and he understood that work on my door had been performed recently. The other serviceman arrived and the two of them corrected the problem. The young man explained what had been done and advised me that if there was any other problem it would be because of the motor. We had a nice chat about baseball, I thanked him and off he went.

Mike Kelleher and his partner came to our house, and were so warm, friendly, personable, and respectful. They advised us what we needed, and corrected ALL our issues. They were truly fabulous workers as they explained each item that needed repair/review. In addition, we loved all the reminders about the service appointment, and really liked the fact they called 15 minutes before arrival time. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Garage door fell apart this morning at 10am. Precision Door had someone here by 12:45. I was called 30 minutes before arrival. I was greeted by Gafur who wasted no time to look at the damage make an assessment then explain everything to me. I was presented with different estimates based on my needs and wants. Work was completed in a respectful amount of time (especially on a hot and humid day). Gafur reviewed all the work with me, showed how everything works, including the emergency release if I can't get out... All in all very pleased with everything. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional service and they go above and beyond in the work that they do. Alex was kind and attentive and worked with me as we figured out what was needed for our garage door. When he wasn't able to figure out a solution he had not issues calling up his teammates for assistance. At no charge to me another wonderful employee Leo came out and he finished the job at a later date and time. Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. The dispatcher kept us updated on the arrival of the service tech and the tech called to let us know he be here in about 20 minutes. He arrived in about 20 minutes. Not our usual experience with service techs. The service tech, Daniel Flores, made us comfortable and confident that he understood the problem and could resolve it. When he was finished our problem with the door’s security system and another with the pulleys he had found and explained to us were fixed. The garage door is working better than it has in at least 10 years. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
