I chose Precision Garage Door because they were the company that installed our garage door. When making the phone call to have them come out, I was greeted by a woman who was easy to talk to and she scheduled someone to come out right away. Someone was here to help me within an hour of my call. The technician was courteous and went to work right away. He was able to see what the problem was and he was able to fix it.

Amazing! I had new garage doors, tracks, and motors installed. They are so beautiful and quiet, and with the insulated panels, will keep the garage a good 10 to 15 degrees cooler (here in Vegas)! Very reasonable pricing; I was mad at myself for not getting quotes sooner! The office staff were responsive and kind from getting a quote to deciding on the purchase, and even in talking to the paint store to help me get the matching paint for the garage trim! River and Salvador were professional, efficient, kind pros, who had no problem with me hanging around and asking questions throughout the process. Then, towards the end of the installment, Charles, a sales rep for Precision, came to make sure I was satisfied with the work and to make sure I had no further questions. Precision will be my company for life. It's so rare to find honest people who provide quality service and products these days. I highly recommend them over the other competitors I received quotes from and/or have had service from in the past!

I am not happy with technician. When I called Precision, they quoted me $339 to replace 2 springs. The Technician came out and told me that I needed to have 2 other springs (over $800). I told him that I just want a standard springs and he told me there will be no guarantee on the springs or his work. He later told me that something was wrong with the garage hinges. I told him that my garage worked fine (just had 1 broken spring) before he came out. I am really not happy with the service and I probably won't use your company again or refer to anyone.

I gave the tech a 5 star rating, but not the office, i had a day and time scheduled. But the office called me and wanted to reschedule because of the one of the service men had an emergency at home, and did not offer another tech to come out and honor the appoint made. The only reason i rescheduled was due to parts that were on warranty from them from 7 years ago when a new door closer was installed. Again the tech did a good job for me and repaired some other parts as needed , of course with a charge, and the prices have definitely double since 7 years ago..

I called to have a repair technician help with the balancing of my garage door. After they arrived, they looked at the function and informed me they could not do anything other than adjust a cable because everything was out of warranty. All the technicians wanted to do is replace parts which would cost more than I could afford. The cost for the tech to tell me he couldn't touch anything cost me $59.95 cash and I did not even receive my change. So, he stole from me as well. I am upset at the person who scheduled the appointment because I was never informed of the Service Call Fee and of the limitations of what the technicians could do.

Overpriced spring repair. Repair guy tested the new springs and garage door motor started smoking and melted. Says it wasn’t his fault, then tries to have me purchase a new, more expensive motor that is more than what is needed. Overpriced again! What a joke, this company is fraudulent! Called United garage doors and was quoted $250 cheaper. Much better service.
