Service tech Donald "Blake" Turberville arrived within the time quoted us, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the three options we could choose with price quotes and warranty. Once we made the decision he immediately began the work and completed the job within the time he said that it would probably take to fix the problem. One very important factor is that he had all the parts needed with him to complete the job. Donald was very friendly and professional.

He got everything installed in a timely manner and went over everything with me before he left i.e he explained what I needed to do for WiFi hookup, the camera and even helped me hook it to my car. My technician Antonio Gilchrist was extremely professional in handling my repair. I also like how Precision was transparent in what they were going to do and sent me a written quote before the work was started for me to approve. They had to come to my house twice for repairs. They gave me a texted appointment reminder with a two hour window and also texted me when they were on their way. Got to the house right on time. Technician was very polite and friendly.

Great service! My garage motor pretty much died on Friday about 4:30 PM, within minutes I had scheduled an appointment online for Monday morning. Technician arrived 0800 Monday as agreed, we discussed my options and that afternoon my new garage door opener was installed. Samuel was the technician, he was really nice, everything went smooth, he programmed both cars with new opener. Not much more I could ask for, price were very reasonable and the warranty was great! Oh yeah, I also received a 10% military discount.
