Dylan, arrived in the time he specified when calling to say he was on the way. My garage keypad had stopped working and no matter what I did, I could not get it to work. Dylan was able to identify the problem and fix it. He talked me though the process at every step so I knew what he was doing. He had me test it a couple of times to confirm it was in working ordered. I used Precision initially when the garage unit became disconnected from the wall. I was pleased with that service and knew I would contact them with this issue. I was fortunate to have Dylan for both occasions. I would highly recommend them as scheduling was easy, the people professional and the service outstanding.

Very pleased with my experience. Eddie was great. He was even early. But would have stuck to the window if I wanted. But I love early! Great service and I'm armed with info on what I might want to do down the road. Will use Precision going forward and hopefully Eddie. I'd give him a 6th star for helping me with my wireless openers too.

We had a new garage door installed last year by Precision and they were amazing. This time, I called because our key pad wasn’t working. They sent someone out the next day. Justin was incredibly nice, fixed the part in minutes and we were still covered under warranty! You do not get service and quality like that very often these days. I found Precision listed on the internet; telephone numbers given by area served; the young man (Lloyd) who came was on time; was very knowledgeable about the garage door/opener/remote; had it back working quickly. The only negative: Over the phone the young lady told me it would be one price but the actual cost was a bit more. Lloyd is also going to give me an estimate for a new garage door which I probably won't do right now but interested to know. Would call Precision again. DBB

Lloyd at Precision Garage Door did a great job servicing our garage door. Our spring was broken and he replaced the springs, rollers and other equipment to get the door operational again. He showed up early and updated us prior to his arrival. Also, we were able to schedule online and get an appointment within 1 day of our door breaking. Nice job all around.

Incredible service. I called and two hours later the service technician called me as asked if we could try some simple stuff over the phone and avoid a service charge. Well, that was a first. I am so happy I found Precision Garage Door Service! They were local, communicated who I should expect to see (and a picture to help identify), and they let me know when to expect him ahead of time. Then the technician also texted and called me to let me know exactly when he would arrive. Dylan was so pleasant, professional, proficient and transparent about what he would do before he did anything. He gave me options for future needs and quickly identified and repaired my "wonky" garage door openers (both wired and remotes).
