Tom and his crew from Hudson are amazing. We had 2 energy efficient garage doors installed last year. Ron, the installer was knowledgeable, efficient, clean, and friendly. recently one of the doors needed adjustment; called Tom. He had Ron back to our house within days. Again Ron's work was superior. I recommend Precision Door to everyone.

Review:

I'm very happy with the product and the installation service itself. However, it was a bit inconvenient because my original installation date had to be cancelled last minute the same day to due a technician calling out sick. It was disappointing that Precision could not send a substitute technician. It was also inconvenient that the product vendor did not send all the required parts in the box which necessitated a follow-up appointment to install the decorative hardware and the weather stripping/molding. Other than these logistical snafu's, I'm happy with the overall outcome.

Had three new garage doors with new openers . They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would , very courteous and professional . I would recommend this company to anyone looking for garage doors or service .
