Ron, the technician, was courteous and professional, and met all expectations. He was great and fixed the problem! The work: keypad replacement, garage door tune-up including fixing that the door did not close completely on one side and replacement of 10 roller wheels. The job took about 40 minutes to complete. The total cost (service charge, parts & labor) was about $550. The cost struck me as higher than expected, although I did not obtain estimates from other companies.

Fantastic experience! I had a brand new opener and door installed on a cold day, and Bobby did a great job dressing all of the wires and ensuring smooth operation. He was able to pivot on the fly when a low headroom track wasn’t needed in the end, and even ensured I was credited for it on the final invoice. A+

When I called for service I told the representative exactly what I needed to have done. I had already done the research. When the tech showed up he did not have any of the parts necessary and told me I would need a complete retrofit to the tune of $899.00. I told him I was not interested and could buy and have a new door installed for $950.00. I really did not appreciate the fact they were trying to rip me off. As the owner of a service company for 30 years we never tried to upsell a customer. BAD BUSINESS.
