Recently had springs replaced. When they did the work they modified other parts which then caused more damage and malfunction of door resulting in a second repair estimate for $2500. Reached out to management to help resolve. They returned and admitted that a part was altered but then laughed and repeated that they are a reputable company that does excellent work also refusing to put the part back in the original position. I ended up fixing the part myself and am left with stress tears in my door. Just disappointed in how it was handled.

Absolutely perfect service from the first call to final install. Javon Young was my technician and he was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was replacing a 35 year old wooden garage door. I could tell from when he first showed up that his focus was ensuring that his work was perfect. Even after the job was complete I watched him double check stress points and fasteners. The absolute worst service worst product I’ve ever bought in my life spent $3509 on a garage door that is so poorly installed I don’t even want my wife to park her vehicle underneath it, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my attorney this is absolutely horrendous service , I have found the door with two other companies for $1100, and $1260 cheaper and guaranteed better service, I contacted management and they acted like they could care less wanted me to take another day off of work so that they could conveniently come out tomorrow instead of returning back to my house now and fixing the problem.

Best experience with a contractor in many years. 1st very fast and professional over phone, set appointment to look at garage, had my quote by end of the day. Price was fair, told me it may take several weeks so I contracted. Got verification by phone and the next day I got a call they had a door and could get me done asap! Showed up 1 hour later and 2 men went to work and had old out new in and on their way within 3 hours. If I could give 10 stars they would get it!
