I was very happy with the whole process from Precision, from the lady who took my initial call to set up my appointment and then the technician, Orlando who did an excellent job explaining all the options and walking me through the process to repair my garage door. I’m very happy I chose Precision to do this work! I hope I don’t have any issues for a long time but the next time I do, I will most definitely call Precision.

When I called this morning about needing a roller put back online with your company I did that because in May I had had a big problem with my garage door and Brandon came out and fixed everything and today Ben came was nice to meet him and he did a fantastic job and answered my questions. He was very nice just like Brandon had been. so the two experiences I have had with your company the lady answering the phone, Angie,today very professional and very nice both times whoever I talked to we’re very nice and professional, and both times the guys did their job were very professional and just kind and great people. I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone and I did tell our one grandson tonight that your company had been out and why and about your workers Brandon and Ben and I will always recommend you guys to anybody that asks about a garage door problem. Having a garage problem in May couldn’t have turned out to be a better thing even though things were broken, but we met good people and good workers and a good company. Recently I have had a few screws fall out of my garage door. This is not a big deal. But I have had some health issues so I couldn’t find where they belonged. On December 16, 2024 tech Vladimir came to my home. He fixed the problem & checked everything on the door. He found two parts that were stressed & replaced both of them. It is like having a new door. He even changed the light bold in the garage for me. He was polite & extremely competent in his work. I’m a very happy customer. Great company & great person!

My garage door stopped working all of a sudden one day. I called the Garage Door Company that was on my unit sticker and they never called us back. I spoke to a neighbor who I knew had issues as well and she gave me the name of Precision Garage Door. I called them immediately and the Lady on the phone was wonderful and booked me in for an appointment quickly she was very knowledgeable and professional as well. I was booked for a spot from 4-7 pm but came home early that day and I called their office to let them know I was home and they were able to send someone over earlier that day WOW! Later that day Orlando the service Rep showed up he was very professional and spent time with me showing me what was wrong with my door and my options as he really wanted me to be Happy.This young man is very nice and really likes what he does and wants his customers to be satisfied!I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door and their services and Products as the Garage door now works better than the original install and be sure to ask for Orlando when you call! Brandon R, was installer and did incredible job. Removed burned out opener and installed new Genie heavy duty operator included beefed up rail assembly. New features included WiFi connectivity. Brandon programed my car and instructions on using iPhone to open and close the door remotely. iPhone worked perfect as well as my car. Great service as usual from Precision Garage Door. I had a spring break on my garage door before leaving for work. I called around 10am and they were able to get out for service the same day. The tech showed up around 1ish and I had the privilege of getting a younger gentleman RJ. I can say without hesitation that he is an outstanding individual. His knowledge is impressive, and he has a remarkable ability to share his insights in a way that is both clear and engaging. Other than replacing the springs, he gave me several options on the issues that also needed addressed and was in and out in about 2 hours. Would definitely recommend Precision for any service, especially RJ, to anyone.

We had Vladimir with Precision come out last February for a broken cable and he replaced several parts at that time and he did excellent work. However, after about 8 months, we noticed a grinding noise on one side of the door and it would occasionally stop and go back up but we couldn't see anything wrong with it. We called Precision and they sent Vladimir back out. He noticed that one side of our track was misaligned so he cut out some of the concrete at the bottom of the frame and realigned the track. He also made sure the track on the other side was aligned as well. It works perfectly now and after he was finished, he said it was under warranty still and there was no additional charge. It was a very much appreciated surprise, especially going into the holidays! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and working with Vladimir if you can! Thanks so much for everything!
