I discovered a broken garage door spring at 7:30 AM, called precision, and Austin arrived around 9AM. He examined the door, explained the problem, and gave me the opportunity to address other worn equipment in an old door. Called Precision Garage Door and was able to get a total opener replacement same day. Earlier in the morning I had a competitor come out for a quote and wanted to get a quote from Precision. Isaac was incredibly helpful in his assessment of the opener and all of the parts associated with it. He provided important insight into the areas the other company had pointed out in their inspection and differing opinions if he thought we didn’t need to spend the money.
