Aaron was amazing I've never felt so comfortable with a stranger in my house but Aaron felt like one of the family. He was very informative of what he would be doing and let me know everything upfront. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my repairs before leaving and if I or anyone in my family have garage issues we will be using precision doors and asking for Aaron thank you so much

I rate you a 5! I called at 9:00am with a problem, your tech Kyle Hagen arrived at 12:00 pm listened to my problem and we discussed the options. I selected what I wanted to happen and he went to work. By 2:30pm my new opener was installed remotes programmed and work area cleaned. I can barely hear the new opener work! Great job! Good product, professional from initial contact to completion.

Came home last night and spring broke on Garage door. Called at 9am and door was fixed before noon. Tech called to let me know when he arrive and he arrived on time. He explained all the work to be done. I have never had garage door service and chose Precision because is highly rated with home advisor and BBB.
