There are many garage door repair options on the internet but I'm glad I chose this one. My repairman, Adam, gave me a half hour call ahead earlier than expected and when he arrived made a quick assessment of the situation and proceeded to do a very competent job in fixing the spring mechanism - and on a Saturday! 100% satisfied and didn't have to spoil my weekend!

Josh came out and did a great job! He explained all my options showed me a step by step process to fix my problem and then did it. While replacing my cables he noticed some small issues pointed them out to me then fixed them. Josh also showed me some signs of wear on my door I should pay attention to. I don't need a new garage door yet, but when I do I'm definitely calling Precision and asking if Josh can preform the service.
