Had Mike come out to look at a broken spring. He showed me where my rollers and bearings were going bad throughout the door. I got the Rebuild Package which was installed in under an hour. My door opens and closes smoothly and quietly. Also have a lifetime warranty on those parts. He also educated me (very politely) on how garage doors should open/close and be maintained. It was a great experience.
