One of our garage door springs broke. I called Precision and they were able to come out the same day. Jim was very professional and courteous. After he evaluated the situation, he pointed out various things that can cause the springs to break early and things that can help extend the life of the springs. He wrote up a quote for the various services that he recommended and let me choose what I wanted to do.

We had a broken spring, Mike was the Technician, he did a great job showing us the issues and explained why a garage rebuild would be a wise choice with our issues. He was courteous and professional. We will have him back to do our 2nd door.

The Precision Garage Door experience was excellent! I went to Google and Precision Garage Door was easily found. The first thing I noticed was they were 24/7, if you call before 1:00 PM they had same day service, and had a local phone number. Talked with a Christie who schedule my appointment and two hours later my technician Cody Wilkerson was at my home. Cody was professional, on task, and completed the job in an efficient manner. Cody explained what he did in repairing parts for my garage door and the features of my new garage door opener. I would recommend Precision Garage Door when you need repair or replacement. Thanks!
