Replaced both our end bearing plates to get our door open/shut again. Great service - professional & courteous! Avoided another huge problem during final inspection (cracks in our hinges!) and was able to replace right away. Happy with Precision - we are long-time customer.

Whilst out of town for work my wife contacted me at night to say the garage door was broken. Upon further inspection it was found that the main torsion spring had given up the ghost. Since I was out of state and unable to assist myself, I contacted Precision to schedule the repair. Even though it was getting late in the evening, my call was promptly taken by Amy who was a pleasure to speak with, and she scheduled a technician to perform the repair first thing the following morning. Cody Wilkerson arrived the following morning as scheduled and performed the spring replacement as well as inspecting and replacing the other worn components of our garage door. The timeliness and quality of work was top notch, and I had peace of mind knowing that my wife and kids were no longer stuck at home and that the repair was done professionally in my absence. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone looking to have work performed on their garage door system.
