Our experience was very good from the first call we made, for a broken spring, to the completion of the repair. We scheduled an appointment which was followed up by an email confirming the appointment and identifying the person who would be coming, very professional. Brian came when they said he would and immediately reviewed the door. He explained what an immediate fix would be, replace two springs. He also pointed out some possible issues that could occur in the future. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. He completed the repairs in the time that he quoted. We had a very good experience at a competitive price, you are now on my to call list.

Our technician Greg called prior to his arrival and was here when promised. We reviewed the problem and I was offered options for repair. Once we chose a solution, the work was completed in about 30 minutes. Greg explained what was done and made recommendations for maintenance. We are pleased with the work, the price the technician and the overall quality of the experience.

Called Precision Thursday afternoon they had Bobby come out by the end of the day. He gave me both a repair & a replacement option. Decided to go with a replacement. He had it installed by noon on Friday very professional courteous quick clean & reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
