5 Star Rating was our experience. Fair prices and installation in our time frame. We had a new opener installed and our installer Bobbie spent the time explaining things to us and answering all our questions. We felt confident we chose the right company. We were so impressed with the finished product that Bobbie expertly installed that we plan to call back in the summer to have parts replaced on the garage door itself...asking for Bobbie of course.

My emergency release cable was accidentally pulled out of the socket. I called your company and they sent out Danny. He was great. Explained every step of the way how the replacement door opener would work. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. It was so cold but he worked quickly without complaining. I can't say enough good things about Danny or your company. Keep up the great work.

Replacing a dead garage door opener never happens when you want it to. We've used Precision now several times for spring replacement and now a new unit. They are prompt and take care of us immediately. We love our new garage door opener, as it is much quieter and smoother operating than the old one. We can use our cell phones to open it, although we haven't set that up yet. These guys do good work!
