Great experience. I called Precision in the am, and they immediately picked up my call and dispatched a technician who arrived that afternoon. My tech Johnny Flores quickly diagnosed the problem, and wrote up 3 options, with prices, for repair. He answered all of my questions, I selected one, and he quickly made the hardware replacement/repair. Good customer service!

First, let me say there aren’t enough stars to adequately rate Precision. I called for repair service and immediately someone scheduled service with Cody, same day. I received a confirming email with a picture of Cody so I knew who’d be showing up at my door. And within 15 minutes of my call, Cody called to say he’d be at my house in 11 minutes. And he was! After he assessed the damage and gave me an immediate, fair quote, he went to work in 90+ degree heat, in my enclosed garage. He had all the parts on his truck, which meant I didn’t have to set up another visit. A+ work, A+ service. Precision is the best. Cody was prompt, professional and an amiable guy. Not many repair folks can offer same day service. Heck, all told, from my initial call to completion, the job took less than 2 hours. I’m still in shock. Thanks Cody and thanks Precision!

Precision did an excellent job installing a new garage door for our home, we are thrilled with the outcome!! Our sales and technician rep Ryan was AMAZING!!! We got several bids from other companies but it was Ryan's professionalism that lead us to choose Precision. We are so happy we did because everything went perfect from start to finish as we had a new garage door and motor installed. Went on the web, saw your name and Glenview. That's how I chose you. The installer called us twice to tell us he was on a large job and would be late. We appreciated that info. He came, discussed all the options, (no pressure) and then proceeded to do the work. He was great. Name: Glenn. 5 stars!!
