I am so pleased that Precision was so responsive and friendly! Would absolutely call them again! The girl on the phone was very friendly and courteous and they came out the next day (at my request). The technician was prompt, called before he came, quick to analyze and fix the problem. Made several suggestions for a new opener in the future but wasn't at all pushy, just knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience!
