I waited 3 days for your competitor to call me back to make an appointment . With my other half breathing fire down my neck, I called Precision. An appointment was made right away for the next day. On my appointment day, your technician Ryan, called to ask if he could show up early. he was 30 minutes away and i said come on. Ryan installed a new belt driven opener , wired for a new bell button, new electronic photo eye at the bottom of the door, plus programmed the opener to two remotes and an outside key pad that he installed on the door jam. He was professional, very thorough, very fast, very knowledgeable in his trade and experienced to work around a problem that arose during the installation.

Door spring broke on Sunday and needed it replaced that day, had to pay the emergency rate of $150 but it was worth it. Ryan Dale called and let me know when he would arrive. He replaced both springs with powder coated and explained the low maint for them not needing constant oiling. He showed me how to set my garage door opener on my Mazda, and how to set extra openers as backup. Great job thanks. Russ

My installation of 3 doors and 1 opener will occur within the next two weeks. My initial meeting went well with company representative, Chasen. There was no sales pressure and all my questions were answered satisfactorily. I did a lot of research through the large box stores but was apprehensive in going that route because of mixed reviews on the doors that were sold. I’m also more than capable of installing them on my own, but I wanted a better product instead of a contractor grade. Precision offers garage door products that are better quality, and have longer warranties. The steel construction is a thicker gauge and there are many options and upgrades. My install is supposed to be completed in about half a day and I’m looking forward to it.

Chasen Pike called me and let me know he was on the way giving me enough time to get home from work so that was a plus. When he got there he quickly took a look at the garage door opener and could tell I needed a new one. He gave me some prices and I decided to go ahead and buy one. He had one on the truck and installed it. He showed me about the app to download and gave me info on everything. I was very happy with the results and with him.

I just can't say enough about the five star service I received. After waiting over two weeks for another Garage Door company to get me set up I called Precision and with 2 hours a tech was on site , evaluated the problem and we decided on a new motor. Due to his honesty I decided to go ahead and replace the other door motor that was the same age.
