After almost two hours of trying to repair the old opener, Jeff judged the problem opener irreparable. Fortunately, he had a new opener on his truck that was appropriate. An hour later my problem was solved.

Shane proved to be very professional, knowledgeable, competent and thorough. He checked his work to verify his expectations of the root cause of my garage issues were actually resolved. This proved very beneficial when he found the intermittent performance I originally had remained. He concludeda section of wire beyond the initial replaced section was at fault. He quickly corrected the fault and proper garage performance was restored. He also found frayed cables on 1 of the 2 torsion pulleys. He replaced the worn cables and solved that as well. Shane did a great job, and anyone could feel completely confident that he could resolve your garage performance issues.
