Tyler responded immediately to my online inquiry and Nick was on site at the scheduled time. He analyzed the problem on an old overhead barn door that was literally falling apart. He fixed it promptly with the parts and tools on the service truck. He provided maintenance procedures and a schedule to avoid future problems. I recommend Precision highly and will definitely contact Precision in the future for any overhead door issues.

Shawn performed 24 point inspection and then prepared to install the requested bottom door seal. The door is an older model and after having three technicians bring different seals in an attempt to complete service a seal was ordered. I am so impressed at the effort that Precision put forth in attempting to complete the job in one day. I have no doubt that the correct seal will be installed shortly and I will follow up with a final review. Give these guys a try! They go the extra mile.
