We had 2 garage doors replaced by Jeff and Elvis. The entire process was very professional. We were notified the day before when to expect the technicians. They both messaged us on the day of install when they would be here. Watching them work there was no wasted motions. They worked quick and efficiently and when they were done they were meticulous in the clean up. I would highly recommend this company.

Came on a weekend but then issue was not resolved another tech came today ( Saturday) said my security light was interfering unplugged it and truck opens garage so not sure the lesser of two evils no security light or garage opens door from vehicle. Said need to go buy a battery for key pad. Just put one in said it was dead, not sure for 150.00 why I couldn’t be provided a battery. Not happy it took to calls and not happy the security light had to be unplugged to have the truck remote work as many many people have these systems. But money is spent. So techs were very nice.

We called several companies to make an appointment for getting our garage door opener fixed. Precision was the only one who was able to send someone out the next day. Logan showed up during the scheduled time slot and did an excellent job in getting the new garage door opener installed. He was polite and professional and made sure we were completely satisfied with his work. He reprogrammed all of our remotes, tested them, and verified that everything was working properly.
