The garage door repair work I experienced with Justin at Precision Garage Door was excellent! The door broke on a Saturday night and Justin was at my house early Sunday morning. He assessed the problem, explained the repair work beforehand in detail, and the garage door was fixed shortly thereafter. Justin was very courteous and his knowledge and ability made him a pleasure to work with; I highly recommend him!

Logan was friendly and efficient and I have no complaints about him but ingl, I find it impossible to see past the fact that they charged $400 for a repair that took under 30 minutes which is little short of price gouging of customers who probably don't have a choice (the door was stuck open and a snow storm was coming in)
