Precision doors came out to give an estimate in a timely & efficient manner. They followed through with another technician to take measurements for my custom door. Everything was on the up & up. Delivering the door was lacking bc the dates I was promised for installation kept changing. Other than that, Brandon Wood who installed my door was professional, competent and answered all of my questions. He was great! Eric accompanied him, very friendly. They made it a delightful experience!

I was having an issue with an extremely noisy garage door. Josh, from the Long Beach office came on June 12th, and determined it was the motor, which admittedly is old. Josh returned today, June 14th, and installed the new motor, new sensors and new control panel. What a difference. Josh has impeccable manners, and is truly an asset to Precision Garage Doors. Service technician Michael did a great job fixing a recurring LOUD popping sound that occurred when you opened or closed our garage door. Currently door is working perfectly with no more popping. Very pleasant and professional attitude.

I am very disappointed in The service I received. The service rep that came to our home to measure and give quote, NEVER gave us the quote even after I text him asking him if he was going to send us the quote we asked for. Complete waste of time!!

Tyson came to my house to replace my garage door torsion springs. He was on time and professional. He recommended changing both springs and I agreed. Tyson was very courteous and was mindful that my kids were in home learning. The job took him about an hour. When he was finished my door was working like brand new again. Before my spring broke, my door was slow opening and was very noisy. After Tyson finished replacing the springs and minor adjustments, my door was operating sob smooth and quiet! I’m very happy with his service! I will use Precision Door in the future and will recommend them.

Technician was very professional and courteous. Called with estimated arrival and when arrived. Explained repair options thoroughly and clearly. Performed the work in time specified. Did not leave a mess behind and explained the routine maintenance that garage doors need and told us his work was guaranteed for 10 years. The service repair I thought was pricey but I felt better when told about the 10 year warranty.

Brandon is a stand up guy. He walked me through his safety inspection and on how a garage door is suppose to hold with the proper springs. He installed my garage door opener with no problem at all. Had new door and hinge hardware replacement. The hinge hardware was not suitable for the garage door framing. Modification to the framing and adjustments did not totally solve the problem. We were forced to accept reduced height and door operation. We will recommend not using Precision services for the rest of the units in the housing complex.
